Team

Students from all Oshkosh Area High Schools are invited to join the Wave Robotics Team.

Wave Robotics is a robotics team through the Oshkosh Recreation Department enabling students from all schools in the surrounding community - both public and parochial - to become part of the team.  We are currently a team of approximately 30 students.  These students come together 6 times a week in order to complete challenges using sophisticated robots.

Now entering our second year, Wave Robotics is bigger and stronger than ever. 

We are a member of the FIRST Robotics Challenge, or FRC.  FRC is a robotics competition where teams from all over the world come together to compete in a certain challenge. This challenge is issued in the beginning of the year.  From that point, you are given 6 weeks to make a robot designed to complete the certain challenge.  FRC is only one division of FIRST.  Learn more about FIRST by visiting the FIRST Web site.  To learn more about this year's challenge, Breakaway!, click here.
