Oshkosh Lego League is proud to continue their efforts in running a Lego League Regional Tournament. Last year we had 33 teams compete and we are looking to expand our offerings to over 40 teams.
We will be moving to a new location of Oshkosh North High School and the regional tournament will take place on Saturday, November 3rd. Oshkosh FIRST would like to thank and recognize the past support of Carl Traeger Middle School for hosting this competition the first two years.
A scrimmage open to all Oshkosh and Ripon Lego League teams, will be held at the 20th Ave. YMCA on Saturday, October 20th, from 8am-Noon.
Thank you for your interest in the Oshkosh Lego League program. Registration is now closed for the 2012 season.
This year, we lost three of our coaches due to teacher relocation and were not able to fill these coaching positions. At this time we will not be running the Oshkosh Lego League program in the following schools for the 2012 season:
Merrill, South Park, Traeger
Oshkosh FIRST is working hard to re-establish these positions for the 2013 season. We sincerely apologize about any inconvenience and hope that we will be able to provide future opportunities for your student. If you were one of these affected schools or were not able to get your student onto a Lego League team, please go out and advocate for the program to your schools and teachers. We need you to help us continue future opportunities for your students!
Oshkosh FIRST for the 2012 season has expanded at Webster Stanley school with two teams and has expanded our partnership with the 20th Ave. YMCA to support three Lego League teams.
